Primo Rewards has three plans — Starter, Pro, and Premium — and it's not always obvious from a pricing table what each feature actually does for your shop day to day. Whichever plan you pick, you get a branded digital loyalty card, a unique shareable link and QR code customers use to join, a QR poster you can download and print, and birthday wishes for your customers. The differences between plans come down to how many customers and locations you can support, and a handful of features aimed at busier, growing shops.

Every plan gives your shop a branded digital loyalty card customers join by scanning a QR code — no app for them to install. They check their own progress from their phone afterward, so they always know how close they are to a reward.

Reward rules — standard vs custom

The Starter plan comes with a standard reward setup: 11 stamps to earn a free reward, the most common pattern for a simple loyalty card. Pro and Premium let you fully customise this — set your own product name, reward icon, and rule, whether that's buy 9 get 1, buy 11 get the 12th free, or whatever fits how your shop actually sells.

WhatsApp alerts Pro & Premium

This is automatic messaging that nudges customers on your behalf — a WhatsApp message when they're close to earning a reward, and a gentle re-engagement message if they haven't visited in a while. It's meant to bring lapsed customers back without you having to remember to follow up manually.

Rush-Hour QR Stamping Pro & Premium

During a busy rush, having staff manually add every single stamp can slow things down. Rush-Hour QR Stamping lets customers scan a code themselves to add their own stamp, so the queue keeps moving without staff needing to handle every single tap.

Anti-fraud stamping Pro & Premium

Because Rush-Hour QR Stamping lets customers stamp their own card, this feature protects against someone trying to scan the same code repeatedly to claim extra stamps they didn't earn — keeping the self-serve option safe to leave switched on.

Analytics dashboard & customer insights Pro & Premium

A simple dashboard showing how many customers have joined, how many stamps and rewards have gone out, and who your most frequent customers actually are. Customer economics & insights takes this further, helping you see which regulars are genuinely driving your repeat business — useful if you want to know what's actually working, rather than guessing.

Multiple locations Premium only

If you run more than one outlet, Premium supports up to 3 locations, each with its own unique link so you can track performance per shop rather than lumping everyone together.

Dedicated onboarding Premium only

Premium includes hands-on help getting set up, useful if you're launching across multiple locations at once and want it done right the first time rather than figuring it out shop by shop.
