Joining a shop's loyalty card on Primo takes a few seconds and doesn't need an app, a password, or an account to set up in advance. Here's exactly what happens.
Joining, step by step
- Scan the QR code at the shop's counter, or tap the link if it's shared over WhatsApp.
- Enter your name and mobile number. That's the only information needed to join.
- Add your birthday, if you want to — this step is optional and can be skipped entirely.
- Your loyalty card is created instantly and ready for its first stamp.
If you've already joined that shop's card before with the same mobile number, Primo recognises you automatically instead of creating a duplicate card — you'll just be shown your existing progress.
Checking your card later
To open your card again later and see your progress, you'll verify your number with a quick WhatsApp one-time code — no password to remember or reset. This only happens when you're checking your card, not when you first join.
What you'll see once you've joined
Your card shows exactly how many stamps you have and how many you need for a reward — for example, "7 of 10." Staff add stamps after each qualifying purchase, and once your card is full, you show it to staff to claim your reward.
